In my details my number has an extra 0 at the front and a new network says my number hasn’t been ported to 48 although I am successfully using it. Is this an issue

You mean under My Details in your My48 account it's listing your number as 008x xxxxxxx? That seems very odd.

 

What do you mean by "a new network says my number hasn't been ported"? What network? How exactly is it telling you this?
