I've updated my card and bought a new plan my account is telling me I need to buy a plan. The money has been charged to my bank account

What exactly do you mean by "I've updated my card"?

What card? SIM card? Bank credit/debit card?

What exactly did you update?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What exactly do you mean by "my account is telling me I need to buy a plan"?

Where exactly are you seeing this message?

What happens if you try to make a call? 

Any error messages? 

When was everything working ok for you last?
