Plan ended before a month & new plan not active

My plan ended before one month and I recharged the membership but my money is deducted and there is no renewal plan in my phone how should I contact the customer care

What exactly do you mean by "my plan ended before one month"?

Membership plans always last one month. 

If you mean that you used up some membership plan allowance before the end of the plan month then you need to buy an add-on in order to continue using the relevant service: 

Buying a new plan won't help because it won't start before the current membership plan expires. 

It will just stack on your account to start when the current plan eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list an upcoming membership plan?
