Hello,

I would like to subscribe to the €9.99 plan that was originally offered to me. I’m currently being offered the €12.99 package, which I’m not interested in.

Could you please help me access the original €9.99 offer?

The terms and conditions for qualifying for the €9.99 plan are outlined here:

If you think that you should qualify but are only being offered the €12.99 plan then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
