Membership plan (did you mean €12.99 rather than €13?), add-ons, cash credit?
What does your Transactions page say about your payment?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard with a non-zero mobile data allowance balance?
Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working?
When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
