Hi, I have a plan purchase stuck for 3 days.
I cannot buy a new plan on app or browser.
Can you please reset my account and remove the pending purchase?

What exactly do you mean by "I have a plan purchase stuck for 3 days"?

What happens when you try to buy a new plan here? 

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is you payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there's sufficient cash in the account if it's a debit card?
