You mean that you have membership plan auto-renewal enabled and it failed due to lack of funds in your bank account?

In that case you need to add funds and then buy your membership plan manually for this month and then auto-renewal will take over again next month as long as there are sufficient funds to cover the payments.

You mean that auto-renewal never works for you? 

Are you sure that your payment card is ok for online payments and there are sufficient funds to cover the payments?

Can you use the same card to do manual payments but not auto-renewal payments?

If it helps at all you can buy multiple membership plans to cover you for several months in advance.
