Payment made but membership not renewed

I have been a 48sim user for about 2 years and I was recommending this company to everyone around me. but the recent disgrace is about to change my mind. i write to customer representatives. they do not even give a satisfactory answer to solve my problems. they keep leaving our conversation

You mean that you paid for a new membership plan but you didn't get it? 

That seems to be happening a lot to several people lately judging by recent posts here. 

You'll have to contact 48 support about it as nobody here on the Community Forum can assist with such payment issues.

Same for me, having the same issue, I recharged 2 days back ...buy today when I check it says u do not have any active plan..how to get this fixed???

You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and fix this for you.
