Do you have an active membership?
What does your My48 account say about your account status, membership status, cash credit balance etc.?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
Can you receive calls?
Can you send/receive texts?
Can you use data?
It's not a great idea to post personal details (e.g. your phone number) in a public forum such as this.

I note that my number, which I needed to keeep, 0877529390, has been changed, will you changed 0892057958 back to 0877529390?
Also my payment sent nearly 2 weeks ago has not been credited, which was paid via my bank account Oct 28th
I await your response, other I will cancel and move to another provider

You didn't answer my questions so I can't really help.
You'll have to contact 48 support.
You really shouldn't be posting your personal numbers in a public forum in my opinion but that's your choice.
