I can't click on any of the the button to cancel my auto renewal

Is this on the app or the website? 

Maybe switch to whichever you haven't tried? 

What happens if you try this link? 

If you simply can't get to the Payment Details/Auto-renewal options then you'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and fix this for you.
