Your post was blank @DebbieL2845 so it's not really clear what your question or issue is. 

If you mean that you bought two membership plans then they should be both on your account. 

Maybe one active on your Dashboard: 

and the other stacked to kick in later on your Buy Plan page?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
