Hi
I have paid twice for the same plan and the amount got deducted from my bank account, how should i cancel and get refund for that. Although i does not need the plan but still paid it twice. How to cancel and get refund for those.

What exactly does your Transactions page say about your recent payments/purchases?
If you bought two membership plans then they will both be on your account and will operate consecutively so you don't lose out at all.
If you still need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
