Paid for what and what isn't showing on your account?
Did you buy a membership plan?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
What exactly are the symptoms of the problem?
What is working/not working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
What happens when you use any outgoing services?
Any error messages?
When was everything working ok last?
