Why am I not being allowed to change my number when I've given my full details and there's also no customer support number to ring or chat with on this site. This is the worst service ever

Did you follow the instructions here?
What happens?
Any error messages?
Did you receive any messages about the failed attempt to port your number?
Did you receive the porting security text message with your old provider's SIM installed and working in your phone?
Did you enter this into the porting form?
