Were you ever able to receive texts?
Does this affect all texts or just some?
What happens at the sender's end when they try to send you a text?
Any error messages?
Can you send texts, make/receive calls and use mobile data?
Is it an iPhone by any chance?
Perhaps it's an iMessage issue?
