Hi I have just got the Mitch plan . I have no texts left even tho I havent sent any ?

If you mean that your new membership started but you didn't get your new text allowance then you need to contact 48 support about this.
See the link in my signature below.
This seems to happen from time to time for some people and I've no idea why.
