If the chat option doesn't appear/work you'll have to use email.

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

What are the symptoms of your problem?

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data?
