I topped up twice today and bank debited €12.99 twice today

What exactly do you mean by "topped up" here?

Did you buy two plans for €12.99 each or did you add €25.98 in cash credit to your account?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans and start dates?

When were you last able to successfully buy and use a membership plan?

What is working or not working right now?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars, incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
