No option to order nano SIM on replacement SIM page?

My new phone needs a NANO CHIP and the ‘Reorder SIM’ option doesn't show me the option to request the new NANO SIM.

The SIM is a 3-in-1 SIM (Standard, Micro, Nano), you can just pop out the size you need
