No option to buy €12.99 plan

I have trying to buy a plan for 12 99 as I use to do every month and the end this option is not available I've end up paying € 20 for the credits and I end up not have access to make any phone call and using my data

What plan options are listed? 

Buying cash credit isn't the same as buying a membership plan:

You need an active membership plan to use services other than renting calls and texts.

I had to turn off auto renew and then the option to go to the 5G 12.99 plan appeared for me
