I topped up 6 euro yesterday up it never went on to my account. I need to make urgent calls

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases/topups?

What does your My 48 account page say about your cash credit and landline call minutes balances?

Remember that cash credit is no use for making (Irish) landline calls - you need landline minutes either via your membership allowances or a landline calls add-on.

Thanks for your help but I can't find option 3. I just tried again to top up. All said successful, money gone from my account and still no credit. The website has changed and can't find the support section
