In this case you should have ordered a replacement rather than a new SIM.
In that case when you activate the replacement SIM it replaces your old SIM and carries over your existing account/number/membership/credit etc.
Sounds like you ordered a new SIM?
If that's the case then it will not be linked to your existing account/number/membership/credit etc. and you will have to contact 48 support and ask them if they can transfer these over to the new SIM.
