No data on unlimited plan

Hi
Received a text from 48 during the earlier hours to say I’ve used up all my data in my current membership. I’m on a plan 12.99 a month unlimited data, automatic renewal every month. Next renewal is 6th October. I thought something may have happened with my first debit but renewal went out on 5 September. Any advice ?

It's probably a mistake due to a bug in 48's system.

If your mobile data is still working ok then just ignore the text message.
