My guido membership is having trouble as it won't let me send texts or make calles even though I have unlimited texts and I have 279 minutes left ?

What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?

What exactly does your My 48 account page say about

 

  • your membership status
  • your membership expiry date
  • your mobile minutes allowance balance (279 mins?)
  • your text allowance balance (unlimited?)

 

If it all looks in order bit is not working as expected then you probably need to contact 48 support for advice.
