When did these work correctly for you last?
Did anything change since then?
New phone, software update, settings changes, factory reset etc.?
What do you mean by "no credit"?
You need an active membership plan in order to be able to make calls, send texts and use mobile data?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?
Can you receive calls and texts?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
