Hi I just renewed my membership a couple of days ago but now I can't make calls. But I have over 200 minutes left. Please help, thanks in advance

Are you sure that your new membership has actually started?
What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Does it list a "next" membership?
If necessary contact 48 support about this.
