Woke up this morning and a message came up saying I have finished my data, even though it was paid automatically yesterday. Any solutions?

Are calls and texts working ok? 

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Several people seem to be reporting issues with auto-renewal today so there may be some general issue with it. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to ask them what's going on and to fix the issue with your account. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum will have any visibility into your account to know for sure what's happening here.
