I got a message to say I had used up my 10Gb of data but auto-renewed my account this morning. I have a plan in place which auto-renewes monthly. Money taken today

Several people seem to be reporting issues with auto-renewal today so there may be some general issue with it. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to ask them what's going on and to fix the issue with your account. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum will have any visibility into your account to know for sure what's happening here.
