Hello,
I just switched to 48 and need to buy my membership / plan.
Every time I try do this, I enter my card details and a grey notification comes up saying that there was an error, try back again later.
I have tried numerous times on both mobile and desktop.
Can someone help?

For some reason this seems to be a common problem for new users of 48.
Unfortunately 48 support have never explained or seemingly fixed this.
You'll have to contact them yourself for further assistance.
