My old membership ended today but my new membership didn’t start even though I paid it in advance. It says it starts from 16th April but it still shows my current membership details

Is there a membership plan still listed on your My48 account dashboard?

If so then what does it say about the number of days left? 

It may be that a stacked membership plan that says it starts on 16th April means that it starts at midnight tonight?

What services are/are not working? 

Incoming calls, outgoing calls? 

Incoming texts, outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

What happens when you use any outgoing services and they don't work? 

Any error messages?
