My plan hasn't started working

Hi guys, 

I had an active plan and I somehow managed to use all of the data up. I then bought a new plan thinking it would give me all the calls, texts, data etc but then I found out that the new plan wouldn't kick in until my current plan expires which is today. In the app under upcoming plans, it shows the plan i purchased and says it will kick in on the 9th October (today) but it hasnt and I'm not sure what to do? Have been onto the 1800 825 848 number for the past hour and cant get an answer and the chat bot won't show up for me on my phone or laptop.
