What exactly do you mean by "credit"?

Membership plan? Add-on? Cash credit? 

What exactly do you mean by "not coming through to my phone"?

What exactly are the symptoms of the problem? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
