Plan expired but now getting error trying to renew

I got an email to say the plan had expired but I'm trying to renew a plan but it keeps saying oops try again later, is the website down?

Several users have reported similar problems with plans expiring and then not being able to renew recently. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this. 

Only they can explain and fix the problem.
