Your post was blank @RitaK0612 and the subject line doesn't really give enough information for anyone on the Community Forum to offer advice.

What exactly do you mean by "cut off"?

What exactly is/isn't working?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?

When was everything working ok last?

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?

What money was taken?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

My account is payed on 23rd every month It was taken out of my account on 23rd June. I think you may have missed me up with my husband James who payes his on 30th. Can you please connect me as I am travelling tomorrow early and would like to have my phone working. I am waiting on a new card maybe 3/4 more days. I need to use my phone over the weekend. Thank you. Rita

You didn't answer the questions that I asked in an attempt to better understand your issue.

If you're not willing to address those questions then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance but they'll probably ask similar questions anyway.

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum so you'll have to initiate contact with them yourself.

You won't be able to get your phone working unless you have an active membership plan so if you don't have one then you should buy one.
