Check your online account.
My guess is that your current membership has not yet expired so the newly purchased membership has stacked to kick in when the current membership eventually expires.
A newly purchased membership does not start immediately if there is a current membership in place which has time left to run.
But you will be charged up front for the new membership which then stacks as explained above.
All memberships always run their full monthly course. If you use up membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons and not a new membership to be able to use the relevant services.
Hope this helps.

Seems like you bought a membership but, as normal, because you have a current membership in place the new one has stacked to kick in when the current one expires?
If you want a refund you'll need to contact 48 support:

Hope this helps.
