Hi I just bought credit for my daughter's film then realised I needed membership so I've got a membership but still can't use the phone can you explain this please.

Also when you buy membership does that include your phone calls and your credit or do you have to buy membership each month and credit on top of that thanks

Membership includes certain allowances.

 

What is the difference between membership and top up

 

You don't need cash credit except to pay for some services that are not covered by membership or add-on allowances.

Was your daughter's phone working on 48 before this or has she just joined?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

If you scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

What does her online My 48 account say about her membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Hi thanks

So her phones was working it's unlocked and accepted calls and wifi.

I paid for 10 credit this morning then realised I had to get membership . So I then paid for the guido. That's on phoned now but still no sign of 10 credit.

Q as I put credit on before membership will it be added to phone?

Also even though the membership is on phone the phone is still not ringing through.

As I asked above what exactly does her online My 48 account say about her membership status and expiry date?

 

After paying €10 for Guido membership that amount will not appear on your cash credit balance as it has already been used to pay for membership.

So if you bought €10 cash credit and then also bought Guido membership for €10 then the cash credit balance will just be €10 and not €20.

 

I don't know what you mean about "will it be added to the phone".

Please clarify what exactly you are asking here.
