Hi,
I have an active account and my mobile is working but i can't see my membership (when I log into 48.ie) in my profile. Why is this? Please help.

What do you mean?
You can't see your current active membership plan details on your My48 account Dashboard?
If you're using the app then try the website instead - or vice versa.
Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
