I did my recharge and money debited from account but still membership doesn’t received

Is this your first membership or have you had one before?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Can you use any services? Male/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
