Hi I have renewed my membership 2 days before the actual time and changed it to be auto renewed every month on that date but I still don't have a renewd membership. I can't make calls and have no data. Can you please sort this ASAP? Thanks

A new membership only starts when the current one has run its full monthly course and has expired. You can't start a new membership earlier than that. If you have used up all of your current membership's allowances then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over until the end of the membership month or just wait until the current membership expires.
