Membership not working

Hi, I've paid for my new membership this month, money came out of bank but still no service. I've restarted phone, tried to pay again but it wouldn't let me, but still can't make any calls

Several people have reported problems with memberships lately. Buying them, getting them working, auto-renewal etc.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.
