Any of ye have problem with 48 these days. I have standing order each month and the €12.99 went out of my account 6th sept as it does each month. But last night and today it’s telling me I’m out of data for my current membership and seems to be directing me to app to buy membership??🤔

What does your Transactions page say about recent transactions?

 

 

Several people have reported issues/problems with auto-renewal lately. Maybe it's a general problem. You might want to contact 48 support about this. See the link in my signature below or email them at support@48months.zendesk.com

I am experiencing the same issue today. It's very frustrating and frequent occurrence and they do not seem to be doing anything to resolve
