Membership not automatically renewed

My membership did not renew automatically like it always does each month. It is telling me to purchase membership.
Can you advise what is the issue?

If membership auto renewal is definitely switched on and the membership did not get purchased automatically then you'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to advise.
