Membership Purchasing Failing

Hi,

 

I have tried multiple times with 2 different cards to purchase membership. Each time the card has failed. There is nothing wrong with the cards but each time the "transaction was unsuccessful". Can someone help? 

 

My phone is a Galaxy A71.

Try registering your card details on your account as this may force it to go through the Verified by VISA (or equivalent) and allow payments to be made from your card whereas entering the card details on demand may not.

 

If that doesn't help then you'll have to get onto 48 support about this.
