Please explain in more detail what precise issue you are having.
The My48 app seems to be working fine for me.
What happens when you try to use it?
What exactly do you mean by "down and unresponsive"?
Even if it is not working for you you can still do everything that you need via the web interface:
If the app isn't working for you then try uninstalling and reinstalling it maybe.
