Lock caused by not using for a long time

I was in China before, so I didn't use this card for a long time. Now it's inactive. I can't buy a membership. How do I activate it？ Or can I just buy a new SIM card?

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate your account.

If you don't need to retain the same number then you could just start from scratch with a new (not a replacement) SIM and registration/email address etc.
