Leaving 48 but new provider (Eir) unable to port my number.

I am using my telephone number as account number and selecting single line

Eir support really should be your first port of call on such an issue.

Thanks, EIR are trying,  but 48 does not accept the request to port the number.  Tried few times yesterday and today
