I've been trying to renew my membership for the past two days and the website is continually coming up with error messages when I try. (Also, my membership was set to auto-renew but didn't. First I hear about it is an email AFTER they've cut me off. Now I've been without a phone for two days. What's going on? No answer from Customer Service on the website either. Just continually left in the queue forever without a response. Such an appalling service!

The website is working fine for me.
What happens when you try to buy membership?
Any error messages?
Can you switch from the app to the website or vice versa in case that makes any difference?
Or try a different device/browser?
