Inadvertently bought two plans & want a refund for one

Hi,
I was buying a gift plan for a friend and I topped up the plan for 12.99 euros. When I approved it in my aib app, the 48 page said there was an error and something went wrong. So I tried again and the same error popped up. Now I've been charged twice.

Would you be able to amend this please. I'd like to keep only 1 top up.
