In Granada - have Guido package

I am in Spain and my phone is not working despite me switching over to Guido and my phone showing that I am connected to Orange. I urgently need this matter rectified please and would be grateful for your help. Thank you.

Could be this issue due to the stupid way that Apple do things.

You may have to try that many times before it works.
If that doesn't help then you'll need to contact 48 support.

I am still in Granada. I can make calls and text but still have no internet on my phone. I urgently need this rectified as am travelling alone. Please send me a proper response.

Check your internet settings.
If the APN field has changed from 48months.liffeytelecom.com to something else then edit it, change it back to that, save the settings, reboot the phone and see if data starts working.
If it doesn't then you'll have to contact 48 support.
