By "recharged my card" do you mean that you bought a monthly membership plan?
What are the symptoms of the problem?
What services are/aren't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars, incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?
Any error messages?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
